Michael was excellent! Kept me updated before arriving and when my vehicle was at its destination. Was very polite and on time!

Although i missed their callback the first time, Michael left a text so i could stay in contact for them to deliver their service efficiently. I am thankful he was able to help in any way possible throughout the process. Communication is key, they nailed it.

Mark at RAD Towing was amazing. Great communication, arrived earlier than ETA, quick and incredibly competent. Mark then waited with us until our taxi arrived, and followed up w photos of the tire damage he noticed when he delivered our vehicle to the shop. Above and beyond my normal experience w being towed. I would highly recommend if you're ever stranded in the TriCities.

We were broke down on the freeway. We called AAA which was a nightmare. They called their contract towing companies and couldn't find a towing service (so they said). Rad Towing was just a back up service for AAA. Finally after 4 hours AAA called them. Rad was there in 30 minutes. They were very efficient and knowledgeable. They had to send two trucks for our truck and trailer. They got us to town and to a hotel and made sure we were okay before leaving. Forget AAA and call Rad first.

Mark went above and beyond dropping me off at my nearby hotel safely after dropping my vehicle off for servicing. Thank you so much mark!

Justin was super professional and did a great job, he took good care of my vehicle and make a horrible evening of my Jeep breaking down to at least in as much as it is possible a good experience. It could have been an even more unpleasant experience. I highly recommend Justin I wish I could give him more than 5 stars!! If you need a tow or any of their other services I would give these folks a call. Reasonable rates, great response time and A+++ service!!

Amazing team! Genuinely cared about me and the safety of my vehicle. They even followed up to ensure I was ok! I hope you never break down, but if you do - just start here.

My driver was Victor, he was very nice and professional. Let me know how close he was and quick and safe getting the car on the truck and loaded. Hopefully I won't ever need a tow again but if I do, I'd choose this company and hopefully Victor again.

Knowledgeable staff that treated my vehicle with care and professionalism. Even when I parked in an unauthorized space at my son's apartment complex and was towed due to my lack of paying attention to posted signage the dispatching staff still treated me with respect. I was totally at fault I assumed since the space was uncovered and a majority of the spaces appeared to be the covered parking. The attendant was very compassionate and offered up some key education so I would never again mistake a reserved spot.

Nobody likes to have their car breakdown ,but Justin from Rad Towing was a lifesaver. he was prompt courteous and definitely empathized with what was going on with me. A great guy, and a great company. I highly recommend this business.

I had a good experience, the truck driver was professional and courteous. He called me to let me know where he was before he arrived. They towed my car for a reasonable fee and on a holiday when other tow services were closed.

Awesome!!!!! On of the only companies willing to Tow my Crew Cab Dually, Very respectful and professional! The price was very very reasonable and they were Lifesavers at 2 AM when your water pump goes out in the WalMart Parking lot 45 min away from home. Thank You so so much guys! Would highly recommend to anyone!

My car was impounded by Rad towing of Richland. The office lady was SO nice and helpful. She very patient and understanding. Couldn't have had a better experience. I think her name was Becka so something like that.

This company is incredible. My car broke down on the side of the highway on my way to work at 2am. When I called my boss to tell him I was going to be late he recomended RAD Towing. Despite the fact that is was very early in the morning they were there within 15 minutes and even gave me a ride to work which is not even on the way to drop my car off at home. The price was way lower than I was expecting and I ended up only being 5 minutes late for work. Nobody wants to be towed but when it has to happen I would reccomend these guys to anyone. It was a memerable experiance for all the right reasons. Keep up the good work!

I was driving my truck while towing my fifth wheel through the tri cities when my truck overheated on me. When I contacted my roadservice I was told I would have someone there within 30 minutes. 20 minutes later a RAD Tow truck showed up and was able to tow my truck to the shop and my trailer to an rv park. The driver was awesome and it was obvious this guy knew what we was doing. He had everything loaded up and ready to go in the time it takes me to line up with my trailer. If you have to break down do it near Kennewick and definitely request RAD. Assume experience 5 star service without a doubt!
